If you live in the US or Canada, you will be asked to provide product details so that we know how to contact you for a reimbursement.  

If the product you entered is not part of the current list of products impacted by the safety notice, we continue to ask that you stop using any The Laundress products until our work with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada is complete.  

 

There are several ways to request a reimbursement: 

  • A photo of the lot code for an impacted product, which is located on the bottom or side of the bottle WITH your initials and today’s date written in marker. If you have multiple products, you may include all products in the same photo as long as they have your initials and the date written next to each lot code on all of the products. 

  • ​If you purchased online directly from www.TheLaundress.com, the email address you used when you placed your order. 

  • A receipt for the impacted product in the period January 2021 - November 2022
